旅の記憶を想起させる“香り”
1998年の頃、初めて海を超え、訪れた街、
それがニューヨークだった。
その旅先で見たものすべてが衝撃的で、
気づくと僕は、NYという街のカルチャーに
あっという間に惹き込まれていた。
それから日本に帰国すると、
何かに駆られるように、ものづくりを始めた。
それを形にしたのが、
旅の記憶を蘇らせてくれるような「香り」だった。

Scents that awaken memories of travel.

Back in 1998, I crossed the ocean for the first time
and arrived in a city called New York.
Everything I saw there was striking,
and before I knew it, I was completely drawn
into the culture of the city.

After returning to Japan,
as if driven by something deep inside,
I began creating things.
What took shape was a “scent”
that could bring those travel memories back to life.

Harlem, Central Park, Dumbo, Bushwick,
Williamsburg, Red Hook… and more.
